Refund Policy

If a fee was charged for the VRBlasts services for a period of 60 days or less as from the date of the acceptance of and subscription you have right of withdrawal, without the need to provide a reason and without incurring any penalty.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must notify the customer care of your decision through an unambiguous statement

Complete contact details (first name and surname, mobile number, e-mail address);
The name of the service name you subscribed
The payment method used;
An acknowledgment of receipt is sent by email when we receive your request for withdrawal.
In case of refund request from the VRBlasts, we will reimburse all payments received from you, no later than fourteen days after the date on which we received your refund request from this contract.
